ORDER AND SHIPPING DETAILS
DELIVERY TIMELINES
We perform deliveries between 9am and 5pm on working days. Any incoming orders past 1pm shall be allocated to the next working morning.
MAXIMUM ORDERS DAILY
Your order will be moved from 'On Hold' to 'Processing' according to daily demand. We target a certain number of orders to maintain product quality.
SCHEDULE ORDERS
To schedule an advance order or to get a quotation from us for cooperate or large group events, kindly contact us with the phone number or email address provided in the Contact us page, prior to which you will be guided.
LOCATION DETAILS
If your specified location is not showing as an option on the cart and checkout page, select the closest possible option to your location. We will deliver to you as long as it is within Nairobi.
card payments
Currently we are not accepting card payments on the site. Good news is that we are working on integrating acceptance of card payments on the site soon, including VISA and Mastercard.
